Circles in Circles explores the Biblical story of Babel and the confounding power of a single language or mode of communication. Poetry (Rainer Maria Rilke) and phonetic samples are weaved together as the piece shifts from a foreboding and expectant landscape to one of tranquility as language breaks down, the closer one reaches to the Heavens.
